Visa & invitation letter
An invitation letter can be provided on request (link in bio), after your ticket purchase. It is sent by email within 7 to 10 business days. It confirms your registration, but does not guarantee that a visa will be granted and does not bind the organisation. For any question, contact camp@beafrika.fr.

- Tickets are non-refundable, including in case of illness, visa refusal, personal circumstances or no-show.
- The programme is subject to change.
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Beafrika's communication.
